Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
We did a road trip to Oklahoma City to attend Leonardo Martinez
graduation celebration from the University of Oklahoma where he
was taking a Course in Disease control. The army sent him for
this study as part of his medical work in the army.
So when we arrived there he gave us a tour of the city. One of
the photo stops was at the capitol building.

Another stop we did was the the Memorial for the Federal Building
that was bombed on April 19, 1995, the Alfred P. Murrah
Federal Building in Oklahoma City. We basically did the walking
tour which brought you through the "Gates of Time", along a
reflecting pool. There is a "Field of Empty Chairs" to memorialize
those killed in the event. My photos of the Survivor Wall did not
come out too clear but the survivor tree came out pretty good.
